40 DAYS OF PRAYER (2021)

FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS

Day 22 – God of Blessings

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly. (Psalm 84:11)

O Lord, our God, the Maker of heaven and earth, the source of all, the God who is protecting us every moment, we praise You and we thank You! You are our sun, You are our shield, You are our constant help!

Thank You Lord, in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, not only have you supplied us with all that we need, You also blessed us with grace and peace, allowing us to endure this challenging time together, still able to seek Your glorious face. Thank You for blessing Your church, giving all who trust in You courage, wisdom, and strength to face all the challenges, allowing us to bless others through prayer in this worrisome period. More over, You allow us to utilize the Internet, live streaming, and other methods to share the Gospel – the message of peace, providing comfort to those who are desperately in need. Thank You for Your blessings to us, and for not withholding any good things from those who walk uprightly.

O Lord, we fixed on seeking after You, to obey Your commands, despite walking through the Valley of Baca, we believe You will surely turn this valley into a place of springs, and to have the early rain cover the valley with pools. May You comfort those family that have lost loved ones or are currently battling illnesses. May You bless all the medical professionals in the front line, as well as their family members, add to them strength both physically, mentally, and emotionally. When they feel weak, may You add to them strength upon strength, so that they can press forward. Please keep them away from the attack of the illnesses, to have a peaceful heart, to stand firmly emotionally in the Lord.

May the Lord bless all who call upon Your name, those who live righteously, for Christian churches to become a stabilized strength for the society. In this critical time, may You use us as channels of Your blessings, so that people can see the blessings of those who depend on You! Use us to testify and glorify the name of the Lord through mutual encouragements, love, care, and prayers. We pray in the name of Jesus. Amen! (Psalm 84:6-7, 11-12)
