40 DAYS OF PRAYER (2021)

Day 29 – Vessel Onto Honor

Our Father in Heaven, we thank You for You are a gracious God. You give pardon, full of love, kindness, and mercy. At the same time You are a God who looks at the heart of man, keeping us responsible and accountable. When facing the trials of the pandemic, this is a time to test man’s faith towards God. O Lord, You desire people to do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with You. (Micah 6:8)

We pray for the Holy Spirit to imprint the Word of God in every one of our hearts, remind every moment that the Lord is coming soon. As we awake every morning, may we realize that the time is passing by quickly, let us not be those who are foolish, let us not slumber in the spirit, help us to know how to live to be pleasing to You.

O Lord, You are the never changing God who shepherds and cares for us, You are also the One who gives us hope. Thank You for choosing us to be Your people. O Lord, Your kingdom is built with the broken hearted and the sincere repentance. O Lord, not matter how difficult the current circumstances might be, no matter of the disadvantage we encounter, You told us, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10)

Thank You Lord, Your Word has power. We believe our lives are in Your hands, You who started all things, You who have chosen us, You have great purpose in our lives. Therefore, regardless of the situations we are in, You reign forever. You have given us opportunities to learn, as we rely on the Spirit who strengthen us and give us wisdom, may we do what is right.O Lord, through all the challenges and trials, allow us to see that through it all, You are making us into vessels onto honor and glory, becoming channels to bless others.

In the years to come, may You according to Your will, guide us to live out love, share the good news with the people of this world, so that they will be blessed because of us. May all who see our works and experience Your love bring praises to You.

We pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, amen!
